   aha! i’m pretty sure i saw this very flag on the back of a bicycle last wednesday after the 10k cycle race. there was a pair of them (both bikes and flags) and i momentarily stopped fuming about the nightmare traffic the race had caused as i watched them cycle by.

   or maybe it’s a completely different flag altogether.
